Hi Herr Taylor,

How are you doing? When my brother and I heard about the Virtual Weihnachtsfest we decided that we needed to do Schnitzel Bank. We didn't have enough people so we just picked our favorites. Eric works as a biological monitor on fishing boats in Alaska most of the year, and then spends the rest of the year traveling, camping and climbing. I graduated from Iowa State University in Psychology and am currently taking art courses and trying to get into grad school for Art Therapy.
